Who We Are

The Haitian American Nurses Association of Georgia, Inc. The Haitian American Nurses Association of Georgia, Inc. (HANA) is a 501(c) 3, non-profit membership organization, established in 2010 that provides nurses, healthcare professionals and community leaders the opportunity to unite as a group, and to become effectively involved with the issues and services relevant to the health and welfare of our constituents in Georgia and abroad.

PURPOSE / MISSION:

The purpose of this association is:

  • To provide nurses/healthcare professionals the opportunity to unite as a group.
  • To share and promote ideas of interest to the organization.
  • To become effectively involved with the issues and services relevant to the health and welfare of the community locally and abroad.
  • Empower members to become effective, culturally competent leaders and caring professionals.
  • To promote evidence-based practice care and to support the professional advancement of nurses and healthcare professionals.
